HubSpot Creators is a program that invests with the top independent creators in business media. From a single video collaboration to an accelerator program to a 24-month partnership, we will provide capital, distribution, and resources to help you grow.
Today, we offer various partnerships to Podcasters and YouTubers.

We wanted to invest in the Creator economy by building a diverse community of Creators who are shaping the future of business media. We know first-hand how hard it is to find commercial success while maintaining creative integrity. With our operational support, expert network, and distribution channels, we’re confident that we can help Creators grow faster than if they were on their own.

HubSpot Creators is a feeder program to the Podcast Network. The HubSpot Podcast Network includes three different tiers of podcasts:
- HubSpot Originals (produced in-house)
- Established Shows (licensed to HubSpot)
- Emerging Shows (part of our accelerator)

We plan to expand the program to other platforms in the near future, but we’re only looking for podcasters and youtubers at this time! (Drop a note to creators@hubspot.com if you’re interested in another platform!)

We plan to open applications 1-2 times per year. Please make sure to subscribe to be the first to know!

Payment terms, benefits, and tier milestones are agreed upon once you’ve been signed to the HubSpot Creators.
We can tell you that Creator compensation is based on a competitive market CPM. Creators qualify for a fixed monthly payment and a variable performance payment based on the program they join. Program tiers are standardized across the network and are based on the performance.

Today, our Creators are assigned a HubSpot Community Manager who can support with branding, marketing, and production. Our Community Managers have access to a portfolio of trusted advisors and agencies that provide professional services. The services include graphic design, social media marketing, podcast coaching, and more.

We offer three podcast partnerships. For shows that enter our accelerator program, we have set milestones for advancement. We look at your monthly downloads and downloads per episode to determine if you qualify for the next stage of investment.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Many of our creators have used their heightened brand to launch other products, including courses or rolling funds.

We definitely welcome emerging podcasters! We encourage creators to have at least three published episodes for us to listen to. This will allow us to evaluate the quality of the show idea and if it will be a good fit for our audience. Shows with 1k - 3k downloads per month have a higher success rate.

We have a standardized scoring rubric that allows us to evaluate each show equitably. We use a combination of alignment to HubSpot audiences, production quality, host talent, social audience, and our DI&B goals.

At the moment, we are only looking for podcasts in English. We certainly see the importance of having a diverse set of podcasts to reach a diverse audience, so we will be exploring other languages in the future. Stay tuned!
